Walking + Running Distance

Steps

Cycling Distance (App or device may be needed)

Swimming Distance (App or device may be needed)

Move (Apple Watch required or iPhone on iOS16 or later)

Wheelchair Distance


Set the goal of the activity chosen activity.

Set goal either by total for month or per day (calculated to total for month)

Set using the “Suggested Goal”. This is calculated from previous month actual data.


Track your progress during the month.

Activity Ring shows actual amount achieved (light ring) compared to amount should be achieved to the date (darker ring).

A Bar chart with daily amount achieved compared to per day amount.

A revised daily goal to achieve monthly goal.


Detail by day amount.

Individual amount for each day of week.
