Vehicle Check Record

Pre-Service Check

  • Change the Fleet number/Registration Number

  • Check the Exterior, Interior and Cab areas in any you want

 

In Service Defect

  • Tap an area that the defect is on to add new defect

Tip

  1. Enter a “key” word in Search to filter the list

  2. The list is grouped by Exterior, Interior and the Cab

 

Enter/Amended Defect Records

  • Enter Duty/Running Number/Route number (optional)

  • Enter Description on the defect

  • The Status of Defect - Open/Pending and Closed (This only show when amending defect)

  • Add Picture(s) of Defect from the Photo Library or take a new Photo

  • Add any additional comments (This only show when amending defect)

Tip

  1. Tap on “Camara” icon to take a photo

  2. Tap on “Pictures” icon to add from Photo Library

 

List of all the Vehicle Checks

  • Give a list of Fleet number, Date done and if there was a Defect record made

Tip

  1. Enter the fleet number in Search to filter by that bus number

  2. Swipe left to delete a record (This is permanent)

 

List of all the Defect that was recorded

  • Give a list of the recorded defects with the Areas, Fleet number and time recorded

  • The status is Red - Open, Orange - Pending, Green - Closed
